"CULTURAL BULLETIN" - (Lázeňský zpravodaj) - regular issues has coming out every month and informing patients about the cultural events in Poděbrady. They are available in every spa building.

Coach trips

An actual offer has always stated in the cultural bulletin. Departures are from the Rieger's Square in front of the 'Czech Saving Bank' (Česká Spořitelna). Booking and payments at the reception desk of the hotel Libuše. Entry fees are not included in price of the trip.

Exhibitions

Ludvík Kuba's Gallery gives a painting and sculptural exhibition every month. Everybody can also buy some lovely presents such as: original pictures, graphic art, porcelan, china, pottery etc.

Library

Central Spa Library (Central Spa, 2nd floor) offers all sorts of czech books and gives informations about the cultural programmes.

Cultural Programmes

Concerts, popular brass music - promenade concerts, popular-music programmes, dancing evenings, balls, discos, dancing competitions, theatre performances, lectures. Concerts are performed in the Cultural Centre Hall (Spa colonade). The promenade concerts are performed on a summer platform in the park. Tickets booking is available in the Ludvík Kuba's Gallery or one hour before the performance in the Central Hall.

You are welcome to come and dance with a live music in the 'Swiss Restaurant' (Spa colonade) and in the hotel Libuše and Libenský
